Engineering
The works carried out by MTI are delivered on a turnkey basis, complying with all the rules of art and current legislation.
Our main objective is to deliver quality and innovative services, within deadlines, at a fair market price.
We carry out works with our own engineering, Purchasing Management and installation teams in buildings and works of art C8in various specialties.
Engineering Supervision, Procurement and Construction Management
Supervision of engineering contracts with financial control, scheduling, identification of purchasing needs until the conclusion of the contract or acquisition; guaranteeing our customers the most appropriate products or services possible, in the right quantity, at the right time and at the right price.
MEP engineering projects
We prepare and coordinate all the parts necessary for installation, specifications, measurements and budget estimates and preparation of lists of quantities of materials and equipment, preparing and implementing the consultation processes with contractors.
We use BIM technology (“Building Information Modeling”), promoting the integration of different disciplines on a single platform

Objectives
- Provide the customer with appropriate technical solutions, determining the best technical option for the equipment to be installed;
- Identify the financial resources necessary to develop your energy efficiency project;
- Have responsibility for the management and operation of the installation during the period necessary to return the investment made;
- Transfer ownership of the installation to the client, with the financing company's intervention being able to be suspended;
- Extend the relationship with the customer through a system operation and/or maintenance contract.
Consultancy
Within the engineering area, MTI provides consultancy in the areas identified below, in order to evaluate and propose the most appropriate solutions for each project.
